How to Order
Firstly, we need you to choose your invitation design. Browse through our gallery or have us custom design your invitations unique to you. Please contact us for a personalised quote prior to placing your order.
2) GET IN TOUCH
For custom designs or any designs you see in our Gallery, please contact us first for a personalised quote. We will then ask you to place your order by filling in our Order Form. The order form will ask you for your details, number of invitations required, invitation design details and wording. We will send you an invoice and a minimum 50% deposit will be required to book into our production calendar.
For invitations sets in our Online Shop, simply select your stationary of choice, quantity, extras and then add items to cart and place your order. You will be asked for payment upfront. We will then contact you with an order form to collect your details and wording and to book you into our productions calendar.
Payment can be made via credit card, bank deposit or PayPal when checking out on our site. If you require a payment plan please contact us before checking out and we can arrange a 50% deposit to be made to place your order with the balance payable on order completion.
Payment for a sample is required upfront.
4) DESIGN CREATION & APPROVAL
Once your payment or deposit has been received:
- You will receive a draft layout of your wording and chosen fonts. We offer unlimited electronic proofs until we receive a final approval from you.
- You will be sent a guest list template spreadsheet to complete with your guest names and addresses for invite and envelope printing.
- Once we have received your final wording proof and your guest list, production on your order will commence immediately
When your order is complete you will be notified to pay the balance amount on your order (if applicable). Once payment has cleared we can arrange shipping to you!
Please allow 10-14 business days from the receipt of all required information and payment from you. In the event that materials are out of stock and additional turn around time is needed, we will notify you prior to requesting payment.
Production of a full order usually takes between 4-6 weeks but can be vary depending on our current workload. Rush orders may be accepted depending our existing workload but may incur additional fees. Please enquire about our current production times before placing your order.
Standard Australia Post delivery can be up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgement and destination points.
Sample Mock Ups
We recommend ordering a sample of your personalised invitation prior to placing a full order. Colours may vary on different monitors and a sample gives you the opportunity to view our handiwork in detail.
Our samples can be completely personalised with your choice of wording and fonts. This option can be selected before adding the sample to your cart. Once your sample request has been received we will contact you to request you complete our Sample Order Form with your wording for your sample. You will then receive electronic wording proofs to approve before your sample is posted to you.
Our invitations are handmade and printed in-house or by our preferred local printing company so we are able to make some design and colour changes. Please specify the changes you would like to make when making your enquiry so we can discuss with you in further detail. Please note that some design and colour changes may effect the final price per piece.
We specialise in custom design and would love nothing more than to create something unique for you. All we need are images of inspiration, your ideas, your wedding theme and colours and we can design your invitations and stationery to complement you and your special day.
